The women wear original skirts made by cotton and hemp or flax and hemp, found with a painstaking piece of research between families that luckily kept them. The bodice is made by a different colour comparing with the skirt, it's without sleeves, tight-waist and low-necked.

From the bodice come out the sumptuous sleeves of the white shirt; the cuffs, the polo-neck and the front open part are trimmed with cotton handmade lace, following the old tradition.

On the skirt there is the "traversa", made by a more showy cloth, to revive the colours of the skirt and the bodice ("bustìn").

From the belt, on the left side, some colourful ribbons are hanging down just for ornament; from the right pocket come out the edges of a little white handkerchief bordered with red handmade lace. Under the skirt is worn a large petticoat that ends with lace trimmed flounces; under this, at the end, there are the long knickers up to the knees, even them with lace in witch is threaded a red ribbon, called "ligambo", used to hold the socks. The socks are made by white and red handmade cotton, with strips or "flames".

On the shoulders is worn a triangular crochet worked shawl, by white cotton, fixed on the front with the bodice. A large black wool shawl cheep from the cold. On the head is worn a wool square scarf with colourful flowers, printed on a black background; silver big brooches fix it on the hair.

Original and valuable period jewels enrich the dresses: garnet or red coral necklaces, filigree stars or brooches and pendant-earrings, called "bucole".
