Trousers and jacket are made by brown "medelana" cloth, hemp warp and wool weft.

Once, just after the weaving of the cloth, it could be dyed with walnut husk or with alder bark and so it took its typical dark colour.

The knee-length trousers have "el patelòn con rebalta" (a sort of folding fly) and end on the back with an extension on the calf called "badana".

Trousers are held by a large and long belt, called "fassa", made by blue wool.

The shirt has large sleeves, tight on the cuffs; polo-neck and front open part are trimmed with cotton handmade lace. Some clothes are embellished with embroidery (usually the initials of the name made by cross-stitch on the front part).

TAll the shirts are made with cotton or hemp handmade cloth. From one pocket of the trousers come out the ends of a red handkerchief with black and white flowers, called "fazolet tabacon".

The waistcoat, called "crosat", is made by red cloth, double-breasted, without sleeves and short waist; it has a little external pocket to put in the watch.

Socks are made by hand worked sheep wool. Hat is made by black felt, with feathers decoration.

Some of the dresses are fitted out with a black cloth cloak.

Some accessories enrich male dress: the "sciona", a earring to put on the right ear, the pocket watch, often connected to the waistcoat with a thin chain, and the handmade briar pipe. The more expensive ones could had the ceramic bowl.
